| Dear Mr. Bessette, My name is David Falk. I recently sold and then purchased a new home in Lake Charles through one of your agents, Derenda Grubb. I would like to take a moment of your time to express some thoughts on Derenda. Just for informational purposes, I have purchased and sold homes in 4 different states over the past 20 years. I have owned and sold property in California, Montana, Arizona, and Louisiana. In other words, I have worked with multiple realtors in various locations around the country. I have never met or worked with a more professional Realtor than Derenda Grubb. A few months ago, I interviewed several candidates when considering listing my Lake Charles property at 6 River Lane. Your offices commission structure was not my least expensive option. After careful consideration, I selected Derenda on her qualifications, local track record and her obvious knowledge of the Lake Charles market during the initial interview. I am now very thankful that I made that decision. A few words on Derenda: Intelligent, professional, caring, hard working, patient, informative, accurate and knowledgeable. I coud go on, but I assume you get the picture. In my opinion, you are very lucky to have Derenda Grubb on your office staff at Century 21 Bessette. If I ever need to sell another home in Lake Charles, I will not waste any time interviewing candidates to represent me. I will simply call Derenda knowing she will produce the results I require. I will also recommend your office and Derenda specifically to everyone I know in Lake Charles. I happen to be employed as Director of Operations at Carboline Inc in Lake Charles. We have over 150 employees, and I will personally direct everyone of them interested in real estate advice directly to your office based solely on my recent experience working with Derenda Grubb. I'm quite certain that on occasion you receive a complaint or concern from a client relative to one of your brokers. That is simply the reality of doing business. In any event, once in a while it is nice to hear some positive feedback related to a member of your staff. I want you to know that I am not easily impressed and rarely write a letter of this nature. However, considering the professionalism Derenda exhibited in assisting me with both the sale and purchase of my family's home in Lake Charles, this note is appropriate.
