2. VISIT Property Measure home to determine square footage. Measure interior rooms. If home is show ready, take marketing photos. |

3. Prepare COMPETITIVE MARKET ANALYSIS (CMA) Utilizing the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as well as my experience showing homes that are for sale and have sold, establish a probable sales price and suggested list price. |

4. Present findings, including SUGGESTIONS AND ADVICE
In addition to providing practical advice to showcase your home, a copy of the popular "Dress Your House for Success" video will be provided.
Another helpful video, "Price Your House for Sucess" is also made available.

5. LIST HOME I will take the time necessary to fully explain the listing agreement, the critical nature of the property disclosure form as well as any addenda that may be required by your company. This type of communication has served my selling clients quite well. I encourage questions and seek to verify that the details on ALL documents are understood.

Completion of the property disclosure form is mandated by state law. Placing and maintaining copies at the home is a value-added service I provide.
