MLS Areas and Major Subdivisions
The Southwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS manages the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The MLS is a database of properties listed with member firms. This centralized database enables agents to more effectively serve buyers and sellers. I do NOT require registration for access to the MLS/IDX search. For a quick explanation of the various ways to search for properties including a method to have listings meeting your parameters e-mailed to you as they are placed in MLS, visit my Search Options page.
Subdivisions with at least 5 sales or active listings with list prices in excess of $50,000 per MLS as of Jan. 31, 2006. Note, this section is based on subdivisions as listed in MLS. Because inconsistencies were found, please do not utilize this as the single source of information. Contact derenda@derenda.com for complete MLS information.
